Standard room programs simplify the procedures, but remain flexible and are regularly adapted. The challenge lies in holistic planning, which takes into account educational, architectural, urban planning as well as energy and climate-relevant aspects.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>From the corridor school to the learning house:<br\/><\/strong>The demands on schools have changed \u2013 away from frontal teaching to a learning and living space that combines education, upbringing and care. All-day schooling, inclusion and modern pedagogical concepts require new room structures, which are architecturally implemented in the learning house concept. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>From energy efficiency to climate neutrality:<br\/><\/strong>The focus has shifted from energy efficiency to climate neutrality. In addition to land conservation and the preservation of existing buildings, renewable energies, climate-friendly building materials, more greenery and biodiversity as well as quality assurance play a central role.
