Energy Performance (25%)<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U-value in the target range of 0.12\u20130.18 W\/m\u00b2K<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimized ratio of daylight and thermal insulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective summer heat protection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Contribution to CO\u2082 Reduction (20%)<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reduction of energy requirements during operation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribution to the overall balance of the building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Material &amp; Construction (20%)<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Low embodied energy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recyclability and ease of dismantling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durable constructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Functional Quality (15%)<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Robustness and low maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Constructive clarity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suitability for daily operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Integration of Renewable Energies (10%)<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Integration of photovoltaics or hybrid systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
