Andreas Grosse-Holz

The development of municipal construction projects and the further development of the city’s real estate are at the heart of Andreas Grosse-Holz’s work. As Head of the City of Dortmund’s Municipal Real Estate Management Department, he is responsible for the planning, delivery and management of municipal buildings and supports the expansion of the municipal education infrastructure.

From a strategic perspective, he explains how the city is driving forward the expansion of its school construction activities and responding to the growing demand for modern learning spaces with modular construction methods.
