SCHULBAU Hamburg 2027

Hamburg is continuing its extensive investments in educational architecture in 2027. By 2030, the Hamburg school construction program will include approximately 10 billion euros for the new construction, renovation, and maintenance of schools.

Educational architecture is receiving an additional push from the Hamburg investment booster: nearly 500 million euros from the federal government’s special infrastructure fund are to be allocated to twelve projects, including eight major Hamburg school construction projects. Current projects include the HafenCity Campus, with approximately 120 million euros, and a new campus school in Schnelsen, with an investment volume of around 81 million euros.
