The need for renovation in German schools is high. According to the KfW Municipal Panel 2026, every second municipality plans to invest funds from the special assets primarily in schools and roads. Approximately 24 percent of the funds are to flow into school infrastructure.

Container Solutions and Professional Management

During extensive renovations, classes are often relocated to container facilities. However, their planning involves much more than just providing temporary classrooms. Requirements include electricity, water, and IT connections, fire protection, accessibility, as well as rooms for administration, teachers, sanitary facilities, and often kitchens and common areas. After construction is completed, the relocation back, dismantling, or reuse of the containers must also be organized.
