As a non-profit environmental association, we are committed to a sustainable construction sector. Specifically, this means for us: Building and living must be resource-efficient, climate-protective and healthy. We can only achieve this with sustainable building materials and construction methods.

To achieve this goal, the non-profit environmental association brings together people, organizations and expertise from across the construction industry throughout Europe. With our specialist knowledge, we advocate for the promotion and use of sustainable building materials in scientific and political discourse and provide construction (material) knowledge. With the natureplus eco-label (Type 1 label according to ISO 14024) for building products, we offer consumers and construction professionals clear guidance in selecting building materials. It is based on strict, comprehensive sustainability criteria developed within our independent network. The environmental association communicates in multiple languages, openly and transparently.
